Another exciting return to our team this year is Sous Chef Brian Morton. As he has been with us in the past, this year he has come back with a little extra. During the winter season, Chef Morton has been honing his skills in one of Reston's newest and hottest restaurants. While there, Chef Morton quickly ascended the ladder from a simple fry chef to one of their top culinary artists. So fast that Chef Morton was actually training new employees as they came in. While on this break from the cuisine of the golf world, Chef Morton worked on new recipes and entrees that he intends to debut here at Reston National. I'm more than happy to say that all of us here at Reston National are excited for what he has up his sleeve. But never fear, our Commander-in-Chef Daniel Moody will always be able to whip up some of his world famous chili if our golfers want to stroll down memory lane.
