I started playing the game at 12 years old after I found my grandfathers set of clubs in his garage closet. I was interested to know more so we went out to the driving range to hit some balls and it’s been a love affair ever since.
I played on the middle school and high school golf teams. Earning top 10 in the county 8th grade year and help the high school team win districts two times during high school. After high I decided to attend the Golf Academy of America in Orlando and had the opportunity to play many of the areas best golf courses and earning my associates in Golf Complex Operations and Management with a specialization in teaching.
Upon graduating, I moved back home to work at Edwin Watts golf shop where I was able to give lessons, custom fitting for players, and golf club repair. I soon transitioned to Shalimar Pointe Golf Club and started coaching the junior summer league program as well as assisting with PGA Jr league practices along with private lesson to members and non-members.
I’m also certified to be a golf fitness instructor through Titleist Performance institute as well as certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine with an additional performance enhancement specialization. I love teaching the game, especially juniors, and want to create the best Junior Golf program in the country.
