2014 begins our 13th year of introducing new golfers to the game of golf and help experienced golfers improve their overall games as well.
The Tee It Up program offers 5 different levels. Please review the following chart to determine which program is right for you, and click it for more information. Aren't sure? Please call the Nike Golf Learning Center and we will be pleased to help you choose the right program. Programs are available in co-ed or women-only classes and you are welcome to put your own groups together.
This program is designed for the golfer with little or no golf experience. The student will learn the fundamentals of the full swing, putting and chipping. Rules, etiquette, and golf terminology will be covered. A tour of the golf facility and clubhouse will be given. The final class will take the student from the practice area to the golf course, where how to make a tee time, what a starter does, how to drive a golf cart, check-in procedures, and on course rules will be explained. The purpose of this level is to make the transition from practice area to golf course less apprehensive and fun.
This program is designed for the beginning golfer with previous golf experience. The student will learn the fundamentals of the full swing, putting and chipping. Rules, etiquette, and golf terminology will be covered.
This is a follow up to the Front 9 program. There will be no facility or clubhouse tour and not as much information on rules, etiquette, and terminology. The class structure is the same. This program is designed for students who have taken the Front 9 class or have played golf before.
